6505 WINDING STREAM DR Building Permit for Addressable Fire Alarm System

Capital Technologies is installing an addressable fire alarm system for the three-story Cedar Grove Commons Apartment Building 2 at 6505 Winding Stream Dr. The system for owner Cedar Grove Commons will supervise the sprinkler system, notify occupants with horns and speakers, and be monitored off-site by a remote station; it includes smoke detectors, manual pulls, water-flow and tamper switches across four zones with battery backup. Work will follow 2015 IBC, 2018 KBC, and NFPA 72 standards, a test certificate will be provided at final inspection, and the project is estimated at $28,500.
