Good Shepherd Catholic Church is getting a fire-detection upgrade at 3511 Rudd Ave, with the Roman Catholic Bishop of Louisville listed as owner. Simplex Grinnell LP will install a new fire panel and smoke detectors for the 6,700-square-foot system under NFPA 72 standards, with the project estimated at $12,925 — a tidy safety refresh to keep the pews and building protected.
