Phoenix Sales & Marketing is swapping out the existing fire alarm control panel at 2021 Hikes Ln for owner Louisville Hikes Lane LLC, with the project estimated at $12,000. The work will add or replace notification appliance circuits as needed, update the NFPA 72–compliant fire detection system for the roughly 1,575 sq ft space (eight zones, front-entry annunciator, remote-station supervision), and include testing to verify detectors, horns/strobes, and system operation.
