1437 Story Ave Building Permit submitted for sprinkler monitoring system
Platinum Dharma Properties LLC has applied to outfit 1437 Story Ave with a fire-detection and sprinkler-monitoring system. Licensed contractor Fire Alarm Security Technologi will install a fire alarm panel, smoke detectors, manual pull station, water-flow and tamper switches, horns/strobes, and UL-listed central station monitoring for the roughly 6,100 sq ft building, with the project estimated at $3,500 and configured into four zones under central-station supervision.
