735 S 2nd St Building Permit: Fire detection system for elevator recall

Koorsen Fire & Security is upgrading the elevator recall and fire detection system at 735 S 2nd St for owner Titanium Capital 8 LLC. The work installs three smoke detectors at the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor elevator landings, two heat detectors and two smoke detectors in the elevator machine room, four relays and a monitor module for primary and alternate recall (plus flashing hat and shunt trip), and pulls underground cable from Building 1 to Building 2 using existing conduit, with an estimated cost of $6,335.
