Siemens Building Tech is handling a fire-detection update at 140 W Washington St for Whiskey Row Owner LLC as part of the Wilkinson Whiskey Row floor renovation. The $22,000 project moves and adds smoke detectors and horn strobes across the roughly 4,992-square-foot floor (11 zones), with an annunciator in the 1st-floor lobby and local NFPA 72 supervision plus battery backup to bring the space up to fire-detection requirements.
