930 W Chestnut St Building Permit submitted for YMCA renovations
Koorsen Fire & Security will wire, install, program, and test a new fire alarm system for the YMCA at 930 W Chestnut St as part of ongoing renovations. The NFPA‑72–designed system covers about 34,285 square feet with 109 zones, an annunciator at the front lobby, multiple detectors (smoke, heat, duct, tamper, water‑flow, and manual), plus speakers and visual alerts, with a project value estimated at $146,462.
