6770 DIXIE HWY Building permit for new fire alarm system in renovated office
Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Protection is converting the building at 6770 Dixie Hwy into a fire district business office and has filed to install a new general evacuation fire alarm system. Everon, LLC is the licensed pro on the job and the system — estimated at $4,688 — will include smoke, duct and water-flow detectors, manual pull stations, horns, a single zone, and battery backup for a local alarm.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
