7900 SHELBYVILLE RD Shake Shack new tenant fit out tie in to mall fire alarm
Pye Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is installing fire-detection equipment for Shake Shack’s new tenant fit-out at 7900 Shelbyville Rd. The work will tie new alarm devices into the mall’s existing fire system for the roughly 5,000-square-foot space on property owned by WMB 2 LLC, with the project estimated at $15,579 and set for central-station supervision under NFPA guidance.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
