4500 Bowling Blvd building permit to update fire alarm system

Fire Protection Services Inc is updating the fire alarm system at Hanover Place, 4500 Bowling Blvd, on behalf of owner Hanover Place LLC. The 36,900-square-foot building will receive a central-station, NFPA 72–compliant detection system with six zones, smoke and duct detectors, manual pulls, water-flow and tamper monitoring, horns and visual notifications, an annunciator at the front door, and battery backup — a sensible safety upgrade estimated at $25,000.
