4311 Shelbyville Rd tenant finish fire detection system submitted
Fire Protection Services Inc. has filed to install a fire-detection system for a Consumer Cellular tenant finish at 4311 Shelbyville Rd, owned by JEM STM LLC, with the project estimated at $13,000 for a 3,390-square-foot retail space. The plan shows a centrally monitored system with battery backup, two zones, duct and smoke detectors plus manual pull stations, and horns and speakers for notifications — basically a proper alarm setup to keep the new shop protected.
