EIT Partners LLC is installing a fire detection system tied to the sprinkler risers at 4601 E Indian Trl, with the project estimated at $2,400. Designed to NFPA 13 standards, the system uses smoke detectors, tamper switches, and water-flow sensors across six zones, plus horns, a sprinkler-room annunciator, battery backup, and dual cellular radios to a central monitoring station — basically an upgraded early-warning setup for the building.
