5419 Shearling Dr building permit for Shepherd Springs Clubhouse Fire Detection
Fire Protection Services will install a fire-detection system for the new Shepherd Springs Apartments Clubhouse at 5419 Shearling Dr., owned by Shepherd Springs Apartments LLC. The 6,000-square-foot clubhouse project, estimated at $9,000, is designed to NFPA 72 standards and will be centrally supervised with battery backup, two zones, smoke detectors and manual pulls, tamper and water-flow devices, plus horn and visual alarms.
