12412 Taylorsville Rd fire detection system permit submitted

Louisville Sweeney Lane LLC has filed a fire-permit application for 12412 Taylorsville Rd to install a low-voltage fire detection system along with intrusion alarms and CCTV, with John Lavery of Ally Security listed as the contractor and the project estimated at $15,000. The planned system is a central-station setup with about 30 zones and annunciators at the front vestibule and the fire panel. A note on the record says no certificate of occupancy will be issued until the landscape installation is verified and certified by a Kentucky landscape architect.
