3101 SHADESWOOD AVE building permit for Arvato Office fire detection upgrades

Arvato USA LLC is upgrading fire-detection and control equipment for a new office at 3101 Shadeswood Ave, adding a power supply, elevator control function devices, notification and HVAC control devices, plus smoke and heat detection into the building’s existing alarm system. The work—installed by licensed pro David Stephenson, designed to NFPA 72/2015 code, and estimated at $27,013—will be monitored by a remote station with battery backup across five zones and requires a test certificate at final inspection.
