1413 Bland St building permit to install Monarch Station Fire Alarm system

Siemens Building Tech is installing a new fire alarm system at 1413 Bland St for the new four-story Monarch Station apartments, on behalf of owner Volunteers of America Mid-States Inc. The NFPA 72–designed system, installed to 2015 IBC/2018 KBC standards, covers about 84,455 sq ft and includes smoke and heat detectors, duct detectors, manual pulls, tamper switches, water-flow sensors, horns with visual devices, and an annunciator near the entry lobby; the project is estimated at $22,993.13 and a test certificate will be required at final inspection.
