501 INDUSTRY RD building permit submitted for sprinkler monitored system

Koorsen Fire & Security is set to install an Edwards Sprinkler Supervisory System at 501 Industry Rd for owner ICON EX US Properties Owner Pool 3 M. The turnkey project, estimated at $6,000, includes fire cable, raceway, a control panel, devices, and programming/testing to cover roughly 98,800 sq ft across 10 zones, designed to NFPA‑72 standards with smoke detectors, manual pulls, tamper switches, water‑flow detectors, horns, visual alerts and an annunciator at the FACP. Basically, the building will get monitored sprinkler supervision and a fully programmed alarm setup — good news for anyone who likes their warehouses safe and sound.
