7000 Transport Ct submitted for new Fire Alarm Detection System

Amteck LLC is installing an Isco fire alarm detection system for owner TJ Mark LLC at 7000 Transport Ct. The work, estimated at $20,000 for a roughly 110,000-square-foot site, will tie into a Central Station (NFPA 71) with battery backup, cover four zones, and include smoke and duct detectors, water-flow and tamper switches, manual pulls, plus horns and visual signals with the annunciator in the electric room. It looks like a comprehensive detection upgrade focused on early warning and central monitoring.
