500 W JEFFERSON ST, 101 Building Permit filed for PNC 17th Floor Renovation
Simplex Grinnell LP is adding fire-detection devices as part of the PNC 17th-floor renovation at 500 W Jefferson St, 101. The work for owner MTP 500 West Jefferson LLC is a centralized fire detection system covering about 6,110 square feet with an estimated cost of $18,845. The install is a single-zone setup with battery backup and an annunciator at the main entrance — essentially safety upgrades to bring the renovated floor up to snuff.
