Prospect Point at 9505 US Hwy 42 is headed for a full teardown. All the existing structures are set to come down for a redevelopment of the property, and RH Environmental is handling the asbestos removal first.
It’s official from Louisville, and the work is slated to run from November 2, 2026 through December 31, 2027. The site is a big one too, about 80,000 square feet, so this isn’t exactly a weekend refresh.
