2118 Buechel Bank Rd asbestos abatement permit for boiler renovations
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove asbestos-containing TSI pipe elbows and gaskets from the boiler system at the Rose Anna Hughes Home, located at 2118 Buechel Bank Rd. The abatement for renovation, for owner Buechel Road Property Holdings LLC, is scheduled 08/04/2026–08/18/2026 and will use glovebags, HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping and PPE in the boiler room, with roughly 1 cubic yard of waste headed to WM - Outer Loop Landfill.
