Louisville and Jefferson County Land is moving forward with an emergency demolition at 2713 Dumesnil St. Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. is listed as the abatement contractor for the May 20–June 20, 2026 project and will treat the vacant one‑story, 2,163‑sq‑ft former residence as containing friable regulated asbestos-containing material (RACM); materials must be kept wet, containerized and promptly disposed of (about 9 cubic yards daily) at WM Outer Loop Landfill, and no tracked vehicles are allowed on demolition debris.
