9505 TAYLORSVILLE RD asbestos abatement permit for Tractor Supply renovation

BRE Retail Residual Owner 2 LLC is converting the Jeffersontown Shopping Center building at 9505 Taylorsville Rd into a Tractor Supply, renovating the floors, walls, and finishes of the vacant 5,000-square-foot, single-story space. A&M Industrial Services will abate all known asbestos — about 860 square feet of flooring and mastic and roughly 20 feet of caulking — using wet methods before renovations begin, with abatement scheduled for May 21–23, 2026 and disposal to Benson Valley Landfill.
