3432 Grand Ave asbestos permit for emergency demolition

Healing Homes LLC has an emergency demolition and asbestos abatement planned at 3432 Grand Ave, a vacant one-story former residence built around 1900 (about 1,872 sq ft), with work scheduled from 05/08/2026 to 06/08/2026. The asbestos permit says this Emergency Order Demolition allows regulated asbestos-containing material (RACM) to remain in place during teardown, so Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. will use wet methods, containerize and promptly dispose of material (disposal occurs daily totaling about 9 cubic yards) at WM Outer Loop Landfill, avoid tracked vehicles on debris, and treat all demolition material as RACM.
