2942 Yorkshire Blvd asbestos abatement permit for demolition
Triple M Investments LLC is moving forward with asbestos abatement to clear a vacant shopping-center building at 2942 Yorkshire Blvd so the structure can be demolished. Rudolph Hardin, LLC is scheduled to remove about 3,475 sq ft of asbestos-containing flooring and mastic using wet, hand-tool, non‑friable methods with critical barriers and HEPA negative-air units between May 19 and July 31, 2026, generating roughly 12 cubic yards of waste bound for WM - Outer Loop Landfill, with trained supervisors Pedro Godoy, Mike Nolen, Javier Sotelo, and Mike Harris on site.
