210 Oxfordshire Ln environmental permit for asbestos abatement
Jefferson County Public Schools has applied for an asbestos abatement permit at Lowe Elementary, 210 Oxfordshire Ln (owner listed as Jefferson County School District Fin) to remove about 168 sq ft of wall mastic glue dots from behind wallboards in several classrooms, with work scheduled for May 29–July 31, 2026. RH Environmental will perform the abatement using hand tools and wet, non‑friable methods; ACM will be bagged, HEPA‑vacuumed, placed in a lined dumpster and taken to WM - Outer Loop Landfill, and crews will secure the area and notify officials if any additional asbestos is discovered.
