National Environmental Contracting, Inc. reported an emergency asbestos abatement at 4111 Bells Ln for owner Zeon Chemicals LP after valve leaks were found on an ammonia line. Technicians removed presumed asbestos-containing pipe fittings using glovebags, isolated the area, used HEPA vacuums and wet mopping, and say no other materials were disturbed so others could install new valves. The one-day response was scheduled for 04/07/2026 with debris disposed off-site.
