3011 River Park Dr applied for asbestos demolition permit

An emergency order demolition is planned at 3011 River Park Dr, where owners Freddie Taylor & Appleton Taylor Tik have filed an asbestos permit for the vacant, 2,060‑sq.-ft., one‑story former residence. Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. will perform abatement and haul waste to WM Outer Loop Landfill between Feb. 13 and Mar. 13, 2026, and the permit requires minimizing disturbance, keeping materials wet, containerizing and promptly disposing debris, no tracked vehicles on demolition debris, and treating all demolition material as regulated asbestos‑containing material (RACM).
