3524 DUTCHMANS LN applied for asbestos abatement for demolition

Micro-Analytics, Inc. will remove asbestos at 3524 Dutchmans Ln for owner WG Family Collective LLC ahead of the planned demolition of five residential structures on the single lot, with work scheduled March 9–27, 2026. The licensed abatement crew will use wet methods, hand tools and glovebags to remove cement clapboard/shingles and cement pipe (about 936 sq ft at 3524), with supervisors Billy and Danny Geary onsite, Quantum Enterprises hauling waste to WM–Outer Loop Landfill, and a stop-work/notification plan if additional asbestos is discovered.
