Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. is the abatement and waste-hauler, with daily disposal to WM Outer Loop Landfill and about 10 cubic yards removed per day; the permit treats the entire structure as presumed RACM. The order allows RACM to remain in place during demolition but requires minimizing disturbance, keeping materials wet, containerizing and promptly disposing of debris, and forbids tracked vehicles on demolition piles.
