3000 W Madison Street issued abatement permit for church demolition
Micro-Analytics, Inc. has an asbestos abatement permit to demolish the former church owned by Old Landmark Church Of God at 3000 W Madison St — a vacant, one‑story building of about 2,280 sq ft built in 1965. The licensed crew will start Feb 9–13, 2026, removing roof and side walls first then flooring, keeping debris wet and hauling roughly 858 sq ft of flooring/mastic to lined dumpsters for disposal at WM – Outer Loop Landfill under supervision by trained supervisors Danny and Billy Geary.
