6400 E Manslick Rd applied for asbestos abatement permit prior to demolition
Micro-Analytics, Inc. is planning asbestos abatement at 6400 E Manslick Rd for owner Smyrna Village LLC, removing about 280 sq ft of asbestos floor tile and roughly 6 sq ft of chimney mastic before the little vacant 1930 office is demolished. The wet-scrape work is scheduled for Feb. 18–27, 2026, will be overseen by trained supervisors (Billy Geary, Danny Geary, Max Bishop), and Quantum Enterprises will haul the waste to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
