3708 W BROADWAY A: Emergency asbestos abatement permit for demolition
Owner Stover Matthew has requested an emergency asbestos abatement at 3708 W Broadway A to remove asbestos-containing roof flashing so the vacant 1910 three-story residence can be demolished. Cardinal Industrial Insulation Company will use wet methods to remove about 30 feet of Category I/II material from the entire roof, with daily disposal to WM Outer Loop Landfill and Republic Services handling hauling; work is scheduled from 02/02/2026 to 05/02/2026.
