4512 BELLS LN Environmental Friable Asbestos Abatement Permit in Progress

Louisville Gas & Electric Co. has a friable asbestos blanket permit for the Paddy Run Generating Station at 4512 Bells Ln that covers the entire facility. The permit allows abatement contractors (Incorp Industries, LLC) to remove up to 1,500 linear or square feet of friable asbestos-containing material — with no more than 260 linear or square feet per individual project — during sudden, unexpected events, and requires monthly removal reports and disposal through WM Outer Loop Landfill/Waste Management of Kentucky.
