2215 PORTLAND AVE applied for asbestos permit to remove pipe insulation
AsbesTECH, Inc. is set to remove about 10 feet of pipe insulation at the Family Health Center, 2215 Portland Ave., to allow pipe repairs by others. The glove-bag abatement is scheduled as an emergency, one-day job on December 12, 2025, with certified supervisor Matthew D. Howard on site. Complete Demolition Services will haul the waste to Waste Management, and the permit notes work will stop and the site secured if any additional asbestos-containing material is found.
