4105 BELLS LN Demolition permit for asbestos abatement
An asbestos abatement permit has been filed for the Norfolk Southern Fairgrounds railyard at 4105 Bells Ln by owner H & J LLC to remove asbestos-containing materials so the building can be demolished. AC Environmental, Inc. will abate about 500 square feet of Category I/II material (flooring and mastic) on the second floor using wet methods, with Waste Management-Enviro Tech hauling and disposal at WM Outer Loop Landfill. The work is scheduled for 12/01/2025–12/05/2025 on the vacant, two-story structure built in 1980.
