3510 GOLDSMITH LN Environmental Permit for asbestos abatement at Seneca High School Classroom 223
Jefferson County Public Schools has filed an asbestos abatement permit to remove floor tile and the associated adhesive mastic from Classroom 223 at Seneca High School, 3510 Goldsmith Ln. The owner, Jefferson County School District, has RH Environmental lined up to remove roughly 700 square feet using non-friable wet methods, HEPA vacuum cleanup, and labeled bagged waste destined for WM – Outer Loop Landfill, with the work scheduled for December 2025.
