2825 Lexington Rd environmental permit for PACM flooring removal
RH Environmental will remove presumed asbestos-containing (PACM) flooring and mastic from select faculty offices at SBTS — Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, 2825 Lexington Rd. The abatement is scheduled from 12/03/2025 to 12/31/2026, targets about 300 square feet in Norton Room 137 and Room 245, and will be done as a nonfriable wet removal with certified supervisors on site. Waste is headed to WM - Outer Loop Landfill (about 4 cubic yards), and crews will stop and notify the owner and APCD if any additional asbestos-containing materials are found.
