4101 Camp Ground Rd environmental permit filed for asbestos abatement
Abatement & Environmental Services, LLC has been hired to abate a leaking pipe valve insulated with PACM (presumed asbestos-containing material) in the water heater utility room at 4101 Camp Ground Rd. The work for Eckart Aluminum L.P. is scheduled 11/17/2025–11/28/2025 and will use the glovebag method to remove one pipe fitting. It’s a small, targeted cleanup (about 1 cubic yard of material) with waste headed to WM Outer Loop for end-of-project disposal.
