4510 ALGONQUIN PKY environmental permit for PACM abatement
Ashland Oil & Refining has filed an asbestos abatement permit for the Louisville Valero Junction — Algonquin Terminal, a small, targeted abatement at 4510 Algonquin Pkwy to address presumed asbestos-containing gaskets. CJ Hughes Construction will remove three square feet of Category I/II gasket material intact between November 3 and November 21, 2025, with waste hauled to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
