4724 S 6TH ST unpermitted backyard auto repair with constant car turnover
There’s a steady parade of cars coming and going at 4724 South 6th Street, and according to an email neighbors say the backyard is being used as an unpermitted auto repair spot with engine revving, metal work, oil and chemical stains, and overflow vehicles often blocking the sidewalk and the Bellevue Park entrance.
The same email says bright security lighting and cameras are pointed into nearby backyards and bedroom windows, and the zoning concern case is open while city staff check it out.
