7713 E Manslick Rd zoning concern reported
A councilman was contacted about the property at 7713 East Manslick Road after a neighbor reported a large garage may have been built without permits and that an auto repair business is operating there. The filing also alleges a very bright floodlight over the garage shines about 200 feet into neighboring yards and could glare into the house when leaves fall; the concern is with Planning and Zoning Enforcement and the case is currently open.
