Somebody’s yard at 4327 Whitmore Ave is drawing complaints again.
One neighbor says a scrapper keeps bringing garbage home and tossing it in the yard, leaving trash strewn all over the place and creating a pest problem.
That’s one account, but it’s ugly enough to get the city involved.
