Something’s been sitting out on the curb at 3224 Stratford Ave, and one neighbor says it’s a mix of garbage, old household items, and furniture.
They say it’s been there since the end of August, after the tenants moved out, and that weekly garage collection won’t take it because it isn’t in the right containers. The city got the complaint on Sept. 19, and it’s still open.
