Something odd behind 1536 Story Ave in Louisville. A tarp, a wheelbarrow, and a bunch of personal items were sitting on private commercial property, and city staff said they couldn’t tell from a safe distance whether someone was under the tarp.
They asked for homeless outreach and welfare-check guidance, and the property owner was told to get help on trespassing and cleanup. No immediate danger was observed.
