Neighbors say someone keeps dumping food for animals at 2011 Baringer Ave
Somebody at 2011 Baringer Ave says the owner keeps dumping bread, cookies, donuts, chips, and popcorn to feed the rats, squirrels, and birds.
That neighbor says the mess is so bad they want help, and adds they’ve seen some of the birds get sick after eating the cookies and donuts. The city closed the report on September 14.
