Neighbors report trash and rodents at 2111 Grand Ave
Somebody finally called the city about 2111 Grand Ave.
One neighbor says the backyard is overgrown with weeds, bags of trash, loose debris, and rodents, and says the same mess is in the alley behind the home too. They also say trash is being tossed behind nearby houses.
