Somebody called the city about a homeless camp inside the Grotto by Lourdes Hall at 735 Eastern Pkwy 505.
That’s one account from a neighbor who says the historical spot smells like urine, and that she’s too afraid to go in alone for weekly maintenance. More photos were offered, too.
The city marked it closed on September 10.
