Somebody called the city about a mess at 2410 Garland Ave.
One neighbor says the garbage cart at the back is overflowing, there’s a big pile of leaves that hasn’t been picked up, and mice are showing up. They also say someone is selling food in the backyard and not cleaning up after it.
