Trash is piling up next to 119 E Oak Street at 1030 Samuel St, and neighbors say it’s been a mess for months.
They say there are only 4 or 5 trash cans serving about 15 apartments there, and the whole thing looks and smells rotten. Rats are the next worry, if they haven’t shown up already.
